Custom-built ultralight spinning rod on the Fishing Art Ultralight Slim XF blank, model ULXF664-2N: 6'6" (1.98 m), 2-piece, line 1–4 lb, lures 0.5–5 g, tip Ø 1.25 mm, butt Ø 7.0 mm. Extra-sensitive tip. From the maker: a new series of very fast Ultra Light blanks with small convergences and diameters and a relatively large wall thickness; the latest-generation nanomaterials (nanofibres and nanoresin) give above-average resistance to mechanical damage; a precise, 'cut' tip goes smoothly into the butt, which generates plenty of power with a very smooth, progressive deflection. Carbon 58 msi, action XFast, put-over joint. Built for the smallest lures on trout area ponds. Cork grip, black reel seat with metal rings.
